KiRu Return and Refund Policy


At KiRu, we aim to provide the absolute best quality of the product for our customers. Keeping this in mind, if our customer is unhappy with our products for any reason, we will be happy to provide an exchange for the same.
In case of an exchange, you may let our team know within 48 hours of receiving the product and send it back to us within 7 working days.


We can not guarantee that the same product will be available in your size for exchange, in the case you are not able to find anything to exchange the product with, we are happy to give you store credit (exclusive of delivery charges), provided the product is returned in the unworn condition with all tags, papers and packaging in place. We do not take returns.

*For MADE TO ORDER :
On confirmation of the order, the products will be shipped in within the time frame mentioned in the product description.

Exchanges and returns will not be accepted for this product as they are made specifically for you to avoid wastage, in case of receipt of the damaged piece in transit, you can write to us at Kindnessisroundus@gmail.com and return the product with the tags within 48 hours of receiving the products. We request you to go through the size chart for accurate size reference.

If in case these conditions are not met, KiRu holds the right to not accept the returned product.
The cost of shipping back the product must be borne by the customer.
All products on clearance are unavailable for any form of return or exchange.

In case the product provided by KiRu is faulty, we will bear the cost of returning the product.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY: 

• We charge a shipping fee of $40 for all international orders. In case of any changes, we will inform you over email, depending on the number of products ordered.
• We expect a 2 Week (10-12 working days) shipping time from the day of shipment, but this could differ based on customs period.
• International customers are responsible for all customs & duties associated within your own country. For detailed information, we recommend contacting the local customs office as customs and taxes vary from country to country.
We do not do returns for international orders.
