- How long does it take to ship an item once the order is placed? 🚚
We will ship your product within 2 days of purchase if the product is ready to ship. In the case of made-to-order products, the date of shipment will be 8-12 days from the date of order placement.
International shippment may take longer due to customs and we expect a minimum 2 week (10-12 working days) time period from the day of orders being shipped.

We are happy to do customized sizes of our products, provided the availability of raw material. As our handloom fabrics are limited and exclusive, if by chance we run out of your chosen fabric, we shall update you at the earliest. There may be a minimum additional cost applied for the same. We have a return and exchange policy which you can refer to in our refund and exchange page.
- What are the payment methods I can use? 💳
We accept Credit/Debit card, Google Pay, Paytm and, UPI through our third party payment gateway.

We are currently only operating online.
